A little support can go a long way to improve the experience of gay men in institutional facilities. This includes remaining in treatment and positive outcomes.

We offer support (pen pal or phone support) to gay men in facilities like prisons, jails, substance treatment , and hospitals.

A regular meditation practice can reduce stress, improve concentration, lower blood pressure and more.

We offer a weekly meditation group over zoom. We meet each Saturday from 10:00 am until 11:00am. All are welcome.
